Residents of Palem-Siridao in St Andre intensified their protest by storming the TCP office along with MLA Viresh Borkar. The delegation met Chief Town Planner Vertika Dagur, pressing for an immediate zoning revision. Demonstrators reportedly continued their agitation inside the planner’s cabin and refused to leave until their demands were addressed.
The protest has increased pressure on the Town and Country Planning Department, with villagers insisting that the matter be resolved without delay.
