Panaji: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has announced its support for the Ami Panjekar panel in the upcoming Panjim elections, calling on voters to unite to “save Panjim.”
Addressing the media at the North Goa Collectorate, AAP Goa President Valmiki Naik highlighted Panjim’s illustrious 180-year history and alleged that the city has witnessed decline under the leadership of the Monserrate father-son duo.
Naik declared that AAP would extend full backing to the Ami Panjekar panel to safeguard the interests of Panjim residents. He strongly appealed to voters to rally behind the panel and ensure its victory against the rival group led by Babush in the forthcoming elections.
Stressing the need for change, Naik urged “Panjekars” to stand united and vote decisively in favour of the Ami Panjekar panel, asserting that the election would determine the future direction of the capital city.
