MARGAO: Proprietor of Ms Coastal Builders, Vishwas B Dessai, who had undertaken construction of Ruby Residency for Ms Bharat Developers, has submitted in his bail plea to the Sessions court that his firm has been awarded the civil work of renovation and up-gradation of the government school buildings located within the jurisdiction of Quepem and Canacona taluka.
