Goa Police under the Mandrem Police Station have registered a case against Rajesh V. Dabholkar, Advino Fernandes, Praveen D’Lima and others in connection with alleged extortion, criminal intimidation, and illegal drone activity linked to the MayFair On The Sea resort property at Morjim.
According to complainant Paul Dhanraj, the accused allegedly demanded up to Rs 5.5 crore to “settle” issues related to construction activities at the property.

Police said the complaint also includes allegations of threats and unauthorised drone operations connected to the dispute surrounding the resort project.
An investigation has been initiated by Mandrem Police to verify the allegations and determine the involvement of all persons named in the complaint.
