Cuncolim Police have registered an FIR against four persons for allegedly assaulting a shop owner at Demani in Cuncolim and robbing him of Rs 34,000.
According to police, the complainant was allegedly attacked with an iron rod and a glass bottle during the incident, resulting in multiple injuries.

The injured shop owner was rushed to the South Goa District Hospital in Margao, where he is currently undergoing treatment.
Police have initiated an investigation into the case and are working to trace and apprehend the accused involved in the alleged robbery and assault.
