North Goa Court Rejects Bail Pleas of Two Accused in Rama Kankonkar Attempt to Murder Case

The Principal District and Sessions Court of North Goa has rejected the bail applications filed by accused Suresh Naik, alias “Booky”, and Sairaj Gaonkar in connection with the attempted murder case involving Rama Kankonkar.

With the court dismissing their pleas, both accused will continue to remain in judicial custody as the investigation and legal proceedings in the case move forward.

The bail applications were heard by the North Goa Principal District and Sessions Court, which declined to grant relief to the two accused after considering the matter.
