A three-vehicle collision occurred at Cacora Four Roads after a Maharashtra-registered car reportedly attempted to avoid a pothole, triggering a chain-reaction crash.

According to eyewitnesses, the Maharashtra vehicle swerved to evade the pothole and collided with a rent-a-cab. The force of the impact pushed the rent-a-cab into a Goa-registered car, resulting in damage to all three vehicles.
