Former St. Cruz Sarpanch Questions NOC for Land Reserved as Public Open Space

Former St. Cruz Sarpanch Mariano Araujo has questioned the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for a proposal involving land earmarked as a public open space.

Araujo sought an explanation from the present Sarpanch, Jenifer Oliveira, over the decision to grant the NOC for land designated for public use, raising concerns about its implications.
