Mapusa Court Grants Conditional Bail to Karnataka Man Accused of Assaulting Police Officer

The Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Court in Mapusa has granted conditional bail to a Karnataka man accused of assaulting a police officer on duty and damaging a government vehicle.

The accused, Raghavendr Sannagoudr (26), a resident of Karnataka, was released on bail subject to strict conditions. The court directed him to furnish a personal bond of ₹25,000 along with one local solvent surety for an equivalent amount.

Sannagoudr is facing charges for allegedly assaulting a police officer while the officer was performing official duties and causing damage to a government vehicle.
