Margao: Gerson Gomes, through his advocate Ohm Stanley, has filed an intervention petition before the District Court, Margao, in connection with the anticipatory bail application filed by Malcolm Pereira.
Through the intervention petition, Gomes is seeking to oppose Pereira’s plea for anticipatory bail.
