Police have filed a 5,053-page chargesheet before a Pune court in connection with the sensational murder of 26-year-old businessman Ketan Agarwal, who allegedly died after being pushed from Lohagad Fort in June.
Agarwal died on June 18 following the incident at the historic fort. His fiancée, Siya Goyal, her alleged lover Chetan Chaudhary, and another accused, Ritesh Hange, were subsequently arrested in connection with the case.

According to the chargesheet, the investigation details the alleged conspiracy surrounding Agarwal’s death and the events leading up to the incident.
Agarwal and Goyal, both residents of Pune, had got engaged in February and were reportedly preparing for their wedding, which was scheduled to take place in Jaipur in November.
The detailed chargesheet is expected to form the basis of the prosecution’s case as the matter proceeds before the court.
