Cavelossim Sarpanch Dixon Vaz has questioned the omission of Benaulim MLA’s name from an FIR registered following a dispute over a property inspection.
Vaz alleged that the MLA had conducted an inspection at the property without informing the owner or the concerned authorities and had brought a group of people to the site. He questioned why several local residents were named in the complaint while the MLA’s name was absent.

Vaz demanded that the names of the residents be removed from the case and sought clarification on the circumstances surrounding the FIR. He also questioned alleged construction and permission issues at another property, stating that such matters should be examined by the competent authorities. Vaz said he would approach higher authorities if the issue was not addressed.
