The government primary school at Padre Bhat in Sao Jose De Areal is similar to the one in Taleigao. Both these schools appear to be neglected, weak and not maintained by the concerned government authorities. The concerned authorities need to provide immediate protection to these old schools before the start of the monsoons to avoid any untoward tragedy to the innocent children studying in these schools. To add to this, there are no speed breakers near the schools which are a must to avoid accidents especially while children are crossing the main road. The schools also lack a compound wall.
