In a swift and well-coordinated operation, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) at Margao arrested four suspects linked to Haryana’s notorious Sahashi Gang. Acting on a tip-off from Southern Railway and aided by precise CCTV footage, the RPF intercepted the suspects traveling on the Matsyagandha Express. During the bust, officials recovered gold ornaments valued at approximately ₹50 lakh and ₹34,500 in cash.
The recovered valuables are now in police custody as the investigation continues to dismantle the gang’s operations.
