BJP’s old website hacked

Unknown hacker posts ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogan on it

PANJIM: The old official website of Goa Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) was reportedly hacked on Monday, wherein the unknown hacker posted the slogan “Pakistan Zindabad” on it. 

The website www.bjpgoa.org was operational in past before the national party integrating their state units with the new website. The new domain is www.goa.bjp.org\

The website, www.goabjp.org showed a plain white screen that read “#HACKED” and “PAKISTAN ZINDABAD”. 

In a kind of a challenge, hacker gave out a bogus email ID- [email protected]

There is also a name present on the page- Muhammad Bilal. It also says “TEAM PACEE” at the bottom. 

BJP State president Vinay Tendulkar said that he has come to know from the party’s IT Cell that the old website of the party has been hacked. “We have not been using that website. We already have a new website in place,” he said. 

A senior official attached to party’s IT cell in Goa said that the new official website has been provided with the anti-hacking security.
