KTC yet to resume service in Maharashtra

PANJIM: The services of 37 buses run by Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited (KTC) that ply in Maharashtra continue to remain suspended for the second consecutive day in view of the strike called by employees of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MRTC).

PANJIM: The services of 37 buses run by Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited (KTC) that ply in Maharashtra continue to remain suspended for the second consecutive day in view of the strike called by employees of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MRTC). 

The bus service was suspended on Tuesday morning, however, it was resumed at night but was discontinued again on Wednesday morning.

KTC Chairman Carlos Almeida said that operations in Maharashtra would commence only after the strike is called off. “The bus service continues to be suspended,” he said.
