VASCO: Slamming the Congress party for spreading rumours on the stability of State government, Dabolim MLA and Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho on Saturday said that the Congress should stop playing dirty politics, and instead should be worried about keeping their own MLAs in their fold.

“Congress is frustrated, seeing the developmental activities in the State. Therefore, it is spreading rumours about the government stability and developmental works. The allegations made about the developmental works are wrong as not a single developmental works is halted or kept pending, as the Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar had delegated financial powers to ministers and CAC to clear the files pertaining to developmental projects before going for treatment to America,” he said on the sidelines of a function held at Chicolna-Bogmalo on Saturday.
