PANJIM: The Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) arrested a Nigerian for allegedly possessing drugs worth Rs 2 lakh. According to the police, the 32-year-old who identified himself as Mikel Okoro was caught in illegal possession of 1.150 kg of suspected drugs, during a raid near the Department of Science, Technology and Environment at Saligao on Friday night.
