PANJIM: Kerala Sangamam, Panjim has cancelled the Onam celebration which was to be held on September 9 at Goa Kahatriya Maratha Samaj Hall, Porvorim inorder to show its solidarity with the flood affected people in Kerala. The Karunya lottery draw has been postponed to November 10.
