PANJIM: Panjim police continued the search in the office of Corporation of City of Panaji (CCP) for the second day on Thursday in connection with the FIR of forgery registered against Corporator Uday Madkaikar and Geeta Madkaikar. The police have summoned the dealing hand of the technical section for questioning on Friday.

The raid followed a complaint filed by former CCP Commissioner Melvyn Vaz over a fake occupancy certificate issued to Geeta. Vaz lodged a police complaint against Uday, Deepak Satardekar and other corporators.
