MARGAO: Maina Curtorim police registered a case against three persons for threatening, abusing and restraining their brother and his family from entering their ancestral house at Raia Manora.

Following the complaint from Subhash Gaonkar that his brother and sisters namely Santosh Gaonkar, Sangeeta Gaonkar and Sanjana Gaonkar restrained him, his wife and his sister from entering their ancestral house that stands registered in their mother Shevanti’s name.

There have been problems among the siblings for quite some time now and due to the tension Subhash in fact is living at Borim away from his ancestral house and had come there only in view of the Ganesh festival that is fast approaching.
