PANJIM: The ‘intruder,’ arrested on Friday for sneaking into bedrooms and watching sleeping women, has confessed to the police of breaking windshields of a few cars, too. 

Tulsidas Shirodkar, aged 35 years, has been charged with voyeurism, theft and other offences under various Sections of Indian Penal Code. He was arrested on Friday after a complaint filed by a resident of a posh Dona Paula society that an unknown man was entering into the flats, watching women while they are asleep in their bedrooms and fleeing away with cash. 

The unemployed local is said to be mentally unstable however a medical report will confirm his health condition. On Saturday he was remanded in police custody for to three days. On interrogation he confessed of even breaking windshields of a few cars.
