For the better part of two years, I would drive along the Campal-Miramar stretch, always wondering what the upcoming edifice near the beach was going to house. There were rumours abound, each one more entertaining than the next. however, as it eventually turned out, the building has become the home of Fortune Miramar, the latest in a long line of ITC concerns.
