The sixth edition GoenchoAvaz was held on August 10th at the
Ravindra Bhavan Margao with talented singers presenting 24 songs to a packed
audience. 16 solo songs and 8 duets were presented at the Final. The Chief
Guest was Gurudas Pilarnekar, Director Directorate of Art and Culture. Songs as
varied KazarachemFormonn and Marialina were performed with sensitivity and
passion. The Grand Finale will be held at the same venue on August 16. Earlier
in the week the performers displayed their talents presenting their songs in
Ponda to a packed audience.
