 Amul fresh milk 

launched in Goa

PANJIM: The Rs 19,000 crore Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation ltd, which markets its products under the brand Amul, has launched fresh milk in Goa. 
Amul is already marketing almost 90 lakh liters of fresh milk all over India, in major metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and 30 other cities like Kanpur, Lucknow, Allahabad, Varanasi, Dehradoon, Jaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Udaipur, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Raipur, Ghaziabad, Agra, Mathura, Aligarh, Meerut, Indore, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, etc., Currently, Amul is Asia’s largest fresh milk brand in pouch.
R S Sodhi, MD, GCMMF said that Amul is committed to provide pure and fresh milk at reasonable price to the consumer. Amul milk does not contain any milk powder and is packed at the state of the art plant in Goa. 
With 20 registered distributors and more than 1000 retailers covering almost every city of Goa, it is being ensured that Amul Milk is easily available to the consumers of Goa. In addition to Amul milk, we will also introduce Amul Masti Dahi and Amul Buttermilk for the consumers here. 
The launch of Amul Milk is being supported by various marketing activities such as TV advertisements, radio jingles, outdoor hoardings, newspaper advertisements and intensive house to house promotions to generate customer awareness amongst other activities. 
Amul Fresh milk will be available in three variants: Amul Gold (Full cream milk having 6 per cent fat) with MRP of Rs 42 per litre, Amul Shakti (Standardized milk having 4.5 per cent fat) with MRP of Rs 19 per 500ml, Amul Taaza (Toned milk having 3 per cent fat) with MRP of Rs 16 per 500ml.
Meet on efficient cooking methods held
Rotarian Smita Keni inaugurating the event in the presence of Raviprakash of TTK Prestige, Gaurish Naik, president, Praveen Raikar, Paresh Bene and Seena Naik. 
PANJIM: TTK Prestige Limited, a leading kitchenware company, in association with the Rotary Club of Margao Midtown, conducted the ‘Save fuel for future’ awareness programme at BPS Club, Margao, recently. 
Smita Keni, past-president of the Rotary Club of Margao Midtown and social-worker while speaking as the chief guest on the occasion urged housewives to switch to induction cook – tops currently available in the local market.
Others who spoke on the occasion included Raviprakash, the Goa head of TTK Prestige Operations; Rtn Praveen Pai Raiker, president of the Club welcomed the gathering, while the Secretary Rtn Paresh Bene proposed the vote of thanks. 
A large number of housewives took advantage of this programme and sought information and clarifications about the importance of induction cooking. A wide range Prestige Kitchenware was displayed by Gaurish Babu Naik, franchisee for TTK Prestige Ltd. The company intends to hold more such programmes in the near future, according to their Goa head, Raviprakash.
