I hope the tourism ministry has more success with the amphibious vehicle for tourism in Goa than those used in the UK in Liverpool and London in 2013. In the Liverpool incident, all thirty one passengers, including a baby, were rescued safely when one sank. In the same year, another amphibious vehicle caught fire on the River Thames in London. Involved in the rescuing, the thirty people on board were – a London Fire Brigade boat, a Metropolitan Police helicopter, 2 Royal National Lifeboat Institution lifeboats and other Thames passenger vessels.
