It looks like Mickky is moving everything between heaven and earth to get out of the jail with his latest ploy to seek pardon from the Governor. After his planned appeal for parole to attend to his ailing mother did not find any takers, it comes as no surprise to see him employ his newest ploy with the Governor.
Mickky is well-known for his violent past with cases of physical assault previously registered against him. It is also not the first time that he has seen the four walls of the prison.
Considering all these things, it should be practically impossible for the governor to grant him any pardon. However, we have seen cases in recent past where the rich and the influential have managed to evade justice for their crimes.
Now it is up to the Governor to show that nobody is above the law no matter what status the individuals holds in the society and no one below it by denying him pardon. It will also instill some fear among the politicians who lately have begun to think they can get away with anything where some even think as if they are a law unto themselves.
