Will the jailed former minister Mr. Francisco (Mickky) Pacheco who is likely to attend the proceedings of 15 days monsoon session beginning on July 27 and ending on August 14 be allowed to attend the monsoon Assembly Session with or without prison uniform who is also yet to apply seeking permission to attend the sessions, moreover when his permission for 30 days parole to meet his ailing mother was not granted.
Will he satisfactorily concentrate and submit his nine odd questions when he is in disturbed mind and health condition.
