A forgotten warrior?

A lot is been heard and said about Father Bismarque Dias, nature’s warrior son who fought till his last breath to protect nature before dying a mysterious death when mai Goa needed him most.

He was a true-blooded Goemkar who loved and respected mother nature and continuously fought to preserve and protect what little remained in Goa for our future generations who are yet to see the light of our common home, Earth ruled by selfish people who can go to any dirty extent for personal gains. He took on the land mafia, the elected political mafia and even did not spare his own so called religious leaders.
I never met him personally but saw this great Goemkar Warrior for the first time during the musical “Save Carmona“ protest at Carmona. His words were loud, clear and genuine. His daring thoughts made my dead hope alive. Positive thoughts came in my mind that it won’t be so easy for the destroyers to destroy Goa when people like Bismarque are leading the battles. But unfortunately that was the first and the last time I saw him singing and speaking for Carmona and Goa as a whole. In his death my hope died one again.
He had nothing to gain in this battle to save the environment but he fought continuously and tirelessly till the end. He lost his precious life which all of us one day, some day but people like me lost hope regarding the rescue of sinking Goa after his mysterious death. Some so-called activists were heard saying after his death that thousands of Biamarques will be born after his death but truly he was just alone and I doubt the birth of his replacement. He did so much for us greedy Goans for nothing. He did not even receive a decent burial till now.
Recently we burnt the Narkasur and celebrated Diwali, the victory of Good over Evil but sadly the real Narkasuras are still alive continuously destructing our one time beautiful state of Goa.
If there is any foul play been played in death of this great soul named, Bismarque, I am sure that Mother Nature will never ever forgive the culprits. She is been patient till now but her loss of patience will lead to a disaster and even God won’t be able to save us.
Thank you very much Father for everything you did for us, greedy Goans. Rest in Peace, though I am sure you will not.
