A British man has shared the heartbreaking final words spoken by his wife before she went missing in devastating flash floods in Nepal.
Pramod Poudel, who lives in East Sussex, said he last spoke to his newlywed wife by phone on Wednesday at around 4:15 p.m. During the emotional call, she told him: “How are you? I love you so much.”

His 34-year-old wife had been staying with Poudel’s family in Sole, a village severely affected by the floods.
Poudel has since travelled to Nepal in a desperate search for his wife and three other family members — his 52-year-old mother, 31-year-old brother and 64-year-old uncle. He said he has been unable to contact any of them since the disaster.
The floods have caused widespread devastation, with nearly 800 people reportedly killed and more than 3,000 others still missing.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding the fate of his loved ones, Poudel said he remains hopeful of finding them alive.
“I’m very hopeful of finding them, but I’m also praying to God,” he said.
Poudel is now continuing his search in Nepal as rescue and relief operations remain underway across areas affected by the catastrophic flooding.
