Official Response and Retest Schedule The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released a statement expressing regret over the widespread inconvenience. NBEMS attributed the disruption to an internal power supply breakdown under the management of the testing delivery vendor, M/s TCS Ltd.
To maintain equity for the affected students, NBEMS confirmed that the examination for all 2,445 impacted candidates at the Sitapura centres will be re-conducted. The re-examination is officially scheduled for Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM in Jaipur.
