MARGAO: A candidate for the Margao Municipal Council elections who has been a chairperson of the council earlier is reported to have tested COVID positive. However, the candidate remained unavailable to confirm the news.
It is learnt that the candidate continued to cavass but from home and does not visit the voters at their houses.
