PONDA: Twenty-eight-year-old Krishna Vishnu Bhandari, a resident of Tisk-Usgao was reported to be feared drowned in Okamb-Khandepar River at Dharbandora.
According to the police, a group of eight youth had gone for a picnic at Okamb-Khandepar River, on Friday. While Krishna and his friends were taking bath, he suddenly went missing. Following this incident, his friends went out searching for him.

After failing to trace Krishna, his friends contacted the Ponda Police and Ponda Fire Personnel, who rushed to the spot and conducted rescue operations. However, Krishna has not been traced as yet.
A native of Karnataka, Krishna was working for MRF at Tisk-Usgao.
