MAPUSA: In a prostitution raid, Anjuna Police on Tuesday arrested 34-year-old Corgao resident one Nitesh Kerkar and rescued a victim girl near a hotel in Arpora.

Police said a raid was conducted early Tuesday wherein the accused was caught red handed when he came to deliver the victim girl to a male customer for the purpose of prostitution.
Anjuna Police arrested Nitesh under Sections 4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act 1956. PI Anjuna Suraj Gawas is investigating the case.
