The Town and Country Planning (TCP) Department has reported that 10 internal reference files linked to the Regional Plan 2021 have gone missing from its Panaji office following the recent protest. According to a complaint filed with Panaji Police Station by the Town Planner, the missing documents cover files from all 10 talukas, including Pernem, Bardez, Bicholim and others. Officials alleged the files were found missing after staff resumed duties at the office. The department has sought registration of an FIR and appropriate legal action in the matter.
