PONDA: Ponda Police arrested two persons including a temple priest’s assistant for stealing jewellery from temple and cash along with laptop from the priest’s house from Bandora, all worth Rs 1.4 lakh on Thursday.
The accused — Vignesh Joshi, a 19-year-old resident of Amona and Rafiq 18-year-old resident of Curchorem have been arrested in this connection.
