PANJIM: The District & Sessions Court on Thursday granted conditional bail to two foreign nationals, who were arrested for allegedly possessing drugs, in a rave party crackdown on the intervening night of August 15-16.
Elena Emelianova (26), a Russian national and Eva Ova (29) from the Czech Republic were amongst four including Bollywood actor Kapil Jhaveri booked for possessing drugs, valued at Rs 9 lakh. The foursome was amongst 23, also charged with attending the rave party and violating section 188 IPC.

In its bail order, the court has directed the two foreigners to furnish bail bond of Rs 50,000 each and one local surety of the like amount. Jhaveri and all other accused are already on bail.
