PANJIM: The Goa government ordered transfer of 24 officers in the State on Thursday. A few among those have been posted on promotion.
Deputy Collector and Sub Divisional Magistrate of Bicholim taluka Narayan Gad has been transferred as Pernem Dy Colector and SDM. Ajit Pawaskar (under secretary of General Administration II) has been posted as the under secretary for Finance (R & C) with additional charge of OSD to CM, while Ramakant Talkar, who held the post of Superintendent (outside Secretariat) has replaced the former on promotion.
Another officer S P Signapurkar, presently Superintendent (outside secretariat) has been promoted and posted as deputy director of electricity department in the administration section. He has replaced Gurish Kurtikar who held the additional charge.
Some other transfers include Vishnudas Arlekar Superintendent (outside secretariat) has been transferred as chief officer of Bicholim relieving Bhanudas Naik of the additional charge.
Shanti Harding, who was awaiting posting, has replaced Francisco Ferrao, who was Dy Director of Apna Ghar. Vasanti Parvatkar who was under secretary (AR) has been posted as under secretary (estab) Law while Sharmila Zuzarte has been given under secretary (AR) as additional charge.
Another officer Vinayak Kurtikar, section officer in secretariat has been posted as under secretary of Higher Secondary on promotion whereas Maya Pednekar has been given the charge as Project officer DRDA, North with additional charge of administrator of comunidade, central zone, Panjim.
