3 found hanging from Varca beach tree

Margao: A day after a mentally challenged person "killed" his two kids and hit his wife with a rod and gave up himself at the police station, three persons suspected to be from Bangalore were found hanging from a tree at Varca beach on Sunday.

Margao: A day after a mentally challenged person “killed” his two kids and hit his wife with a rod and gave up himself at the police station, three persons suspected to be from Bangalore were found hanging from a tree at Varca beach on Sunday.
 According to Colva police inspector, they found a local Bangalore bus ticket in the pocket of a youth, the youngest of the three and suspect that they hailed from Bangalore. They also prima facie suspect that the trio were from the same family.
Colva police said the deceased comprised a woman and two men. The men were around 60 and 30 years old, respectivley. The estimated age of the woman was around 40.
The aged person “had used” his trouser to hang himself. While the other two had used torn portions of a saree to hang from the tree.
 Colva PSI Tulsidas Naik conducted the panchanama. The bodies have been sent to Hospicio hospital for post mortem. Colva police added that the bodies were found in the morning in a secluded part of the beach and a distance from the entrance of the beach. They are also trying to ascertain when the family arrived here and how they travelled to Varca, where they had checked in.
Meanwhile, the police have also confirmed that the youngest member of the group was convicted in a crime in Bangalore. The police have refused to name the deceased.
