Three persons were seriously injured, after lightning struck their residence at Mulgao-Bicholim late Saturday night.
According to reports, Sanjay Krishna Parab along with his two friends, Ajay and Tushar Parab, from Mulgao were rushed to PHC Bicholim. They were later discharged.
The incident occurred when Sanjay, Ajay and Tushar were sitting in the corridor of the house, when the lightning struck on the electricity meter box.
The impact was such that all three youth were injured, as broken pieces of the meter box fell on their faces.
