3 more held in Anjuna murder case

CALANGUTE, SEPT 24
Anjuna Police on Friday arrested three more suspects in connection with the murder of Samprit Malvankar at Anjuna.
It may be recalled that Samprit (23) from Ghumal Vaddo, Anjuna, was shot dead by an unknown person in a bar at Anjuna on Wednesday evening.
Anjuna Police arrested Dattaram Salgaonkar (34), Suraj Govekar (21) and Srikant Salgaonkar (26), all from Anjuna.
With the arrest of three more suspects, the total arrests in the Samprit Malvankar murder case have gone up to five, as Anjuna Police had earlier arrested Ajit Kambli and Laxman Salgaonkar.
Anjuna Police are hopeful of nabbing the culprit involved in shooting Samprit and is investigating the case.
