One held with charas while the other three were in possession of tobacco

COLVALE: Four jail guards from the central jail at Colvale were allegedly caught red handed in possession of narcotic substance on Thursday.
Late Friday evening Mapusa PI, Tushar Lotlikar told Herald that they were in the process of registering a case.
“The accused were caught red handed by the jail staff on Thursday in possession of narcotic substance in the jail premises. One was held with charas while the other three were in possession of tobacco. An offence under Section 21(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985 will be registered against them,” he said.
