have been arrested in
separate cases for allegedly
overstaying in State.
The Mandrem police detained
Nakayondo Joan 23,
Logose Sarah 32, Akum Sandra
24, and Nyakira Lucky
25, all Ugandan nationals
residing at Khalchawada,
Arambol, Pernem.
In a separate incident,
the Anjuna police arrested
Pulok Sarkar (23), a Bangladeshi
national employed
at a construction site near
Laxminarayan Temple, Arpora.
Sarkar was found staying
illegally in India without
valid travel documents.
