PANJIM: A total of 64 persons, who were placed under quarantined for suspected COVID-19 infection, tested negative on Sunday.
However, three new suspects of coronavirus were admitted in isolation ward of Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC) at Bambolim.
As per the bulletin issued by Directorate of Health Services (DHS), a total of nine suspects are in GMC isolation, including three who were admitted on Sunday.
Also, there is one patient in isolation ward of North Goa District Hospital. No person is placed under home or facility quarantine.
Of the total 110 samples sent for testing, reports of 64 have been negative while 46 reports are awaited.
With the seventh COVID patient discharged from hospital and put under facility quarantine, two patients completed seven days facility quarantine and are now placed under home quarantine, for another seven days.
