A goods truck crashed into the railings of the Mandovi bridge on Saturday trapping two people, including the driver, inside the cabin. Police and fire services managed to rescue the duo who were rushed to the hospital. The truck reportedly hit someone on the way near Porvorim and was trying to make good its escape.
