CANACONA: Canacona AAP workers mocked the BJP government by celebrating the fourth anniversary of foundation stone laying for projects in the constituency.
On Wednesday, AAP workers from Canacona celebrated the fourth anniversary of laying foundation stone for Ravindra Bhavan and sports complex. They distributed sweets and put garlands on the foundation stone.
According to them the work on the buildings haven’t seen the light of the day for four years, so they wanted to draw attention of the public on government neglect.
Four years ago, local MLA Ramesh Tawadkar, while laying foundation stone for Ravindra Bhavan, described it as his dream project, but since then it still remains a dream.
AAP workers claim that Ravindra Bhavan is one of the many projects initiated by Tawadkar which has not gone beyond the foundation stone.
