PANJIM: Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) has recommended filing of an FIR against former Inspector General of Goa Police Sunil Garg in a bribery case, claimed the complainant. This has been pending before the Chief Secretary for the last three and half months for approval.
Addressing the media in Panjim, complainant Munnalal Halwai said that even 10 months after filing a formal complaint with evidence, ACB has not registered the FIR. Halwai has sought the intervention of the Chief Minister in the case.
