This was after concluded the preliminary inquiry and said an FIR needs to be registered for further investigation as without it the investigation will not move ahead.
The investigation was paused due to the sanction of a chartered account (CA) and pending copies of the English translations of Malayalam documents from Trivandrum. The government recently approved a CA to Vigilance Department and ACB has also received translations of the documents.
