MARGAO: The Sessions judge on Friday ordered to provide the cloning copy of the hard drive containing CCTV footage of the accused with deceased Irish national Dannielle Mclaughlin.
The judge also gave consent for the day-to-day hearing of the case of the death of the Irish national, after the Foreign Ministry filed the application requesting the above.
The Sessions Judge Sayonara Telles Laad okayed the same.
Vikat Bhagat, the accused is being tried for the alleged murder of the Irish National under section 302, 376 and 201 of IPC.
