Adv Palekar to continue representing Lyndon

Adv Amit Palekar, who withdrew as the lawyer for former Tourism Minister Fransisco Mickky Pacheco, will continue to represent Lyndon Monteiro another accused in Nadia death case
“Palekar and senior advocate Surendra Desai will represent me in my anticipatory bail petition which will come for hearing before the Supreme Court,” Monteiro told reporters here.
In a sudden decision, Palekar had withdrawn himself as Pacheco’s lawyer. South Goa based lawyer Anacleto Viegas is now representing Pacheco in the court.
Monteiro said that Palekar will also fight his case when it would be chargesheeted.
Sources stated that Palekar withdrew himself from the case after he was booed by Pacheco’s supporters outside Bombay High Court at Goa.
Palekar has lost series of bail petitions for Pacheco.
